Summary of the Distance Sales Agreement

• Seller: Deniz Tekbaş | ThumbsAd (Tax ID: 8330788117, Zincirlikuyu V.D. - Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. NO:193/2, Şişli/İSTANBUL)
• Service: Online Live Training / Workshop / Webinar Participation.
• Payment Infrastructure: Payments are processed through PayTR Payment Services Inc.
• Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Article 15(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed immediately in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer. However, ThumbsAd offers a refund for cancellation requests made up to 48 hours before the training session.

Training and Workshop Cancellation/Refund Policies

1. Live Workshop and Webinar Participation: For purchased live online training and workshop programs, a refund will be issued provided written notice is sent to info@thumbsad.com no later than 48 hours before the training start date.

2. Digital Content and Instant Access: No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the training begins or if the participant does not join the live session.

3. Cancellations by the Organizer: If ThumbsAd postpones or cancels the training, the participant will receive a 100% refund or, upon the participant’s request, their registration will be transferred to the next available program.

4. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed via the PayTR platform and credited to the credit or debit card used for payment within 7–14 business days.
